We all seek. Even when we don’t want anything more we enjoy what we have. There’s always a focus in our minds. In exposing ourselves to different ideas and concepts we may be able to direct ourselves more effectively. Certainly, integrating a book into a daily practice will save apply years of wisdom, if the individual has accumulated ten years of wisdom. In a way, it might be considered exercise for the mind: exposure.
What can exposure do for you? How can opening up to other lifestyles contrast with your aspirations? Can we really live out our aspirations without being open? I find it difficult to consider the consequences of a lifetime of closed aspirations. Instead, I offer a video of something I sincerely wish you do not have to experience.
